"I don’t know who they’re paying to write these reviews because they have the worst service I have ever experienced. They sent me the drive safe package and I didn’t set it up at the time. They charged me 178 when my bill was usually 230. I then set up the drive safe they charged me 260 to make up for that 178 the prior month. Kathy said 178 was what I was charged for the discount…she also stopped answering me via text, didn’t want to answer my questions. I still continued to pay 230 EVEN THOUGH DRIVE SAFE WAS SET UP. I called their office and a guy told me he would get back to me the next day and never did. Most likely they’re ripping you off, don’t be naive. I got a quote from progressive for 117 a month. I mean that’s an enormous difference compared to 230. Be smart with your money"
